Kevin fits right in as a friendly, down-to-earth St. Louisan, with his Southern Illinois farm-town roots & his approachable, genuine nature. He moved to St. Louis in 2010 & began his real estate career in 2013, bringing with him a strong work ethic & a people-first mindset that continues to guide his work today. Kevin has helped hundreds of clients buy & sell homes across the city from Downtown to West County. He believes that education, honesty, & clear communication are the foundations of a great real estate experience. First-time home buyers are a particular passion of his, & he takes pride in helping clients feel informed, comfortable & confident at every step. His background with rentals & property management also gives him a valuable perspective when working with investor clients. Over the years, Kevin has called several St. Louis neighborhoods home, including Southwest Gardens, Richmond Heights & Shaw, & is currently residing in Boulevard Heights. He has a deep appreciation for the city's history & architecture, with a special fondness for the juxtaposition of renovated homes that have tons of original charm & details left behind. Outside of real estate, Kevin is a proud cat-dad to Theo & Levi & describes himself as a bit of a homebody who values simple pleasures. He loves antique & thrift shopping, drawn to the stories, character, & a sense of nostalgia found in older pieces. Music is a constant in his life; you'll often find him singing along in the car or at home while listening to his favorite musical artists. He's always picnic-ready, with a blanket in the back of his car, & has a hard time passing a park without stopping to enjoy some fresh air. When he's not working, he enjoys PC gaming, binge watching TV, quiet movie nights with friends, & spending time with his close-knit family.
