Kara Dee Flacke

As a Saint Louisan for life, Kara Dee has hopped, skipped & jumped all over St. Louis City & South County.  She & husband, Tim, have lived in & shown some of these old brick homes some rehab love from Cherokee to Soulard, the Central West End to Mehlville.  Kara Dee has a background in architecture & design & speaks fluent AutoCAD.  She has vision & her organization skills are top notch (checklists are life!).  Kara Dee’s small family is sacred to her & spending time with her daughter, husband & pup, Ginger Bears, is a big priority in her life.  Kara Dee is happiest when she’s mixing cocktails, grilling & working out.  She also loves to kayak when our Midwest weather decides to cooperate.  Kara Dee likes showing first time homebuyers the ropes & collaborating with investors who share a passion for restoring the beautiful homes St. Louis has to offer.  She may even sing you some Beastie Boys songs while house hunting.
