Emily’s been around real estate for as long as she can remember. I’m guessing her first word wasn’t “Momma” but “counteroffer.” After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she wore a buffalo suit and attended mascot camp, she lived in China and New Zealand. Emily has a passion for educating people on school choices in the City. Please don’t say you need to move out of the City because you have a kid. Her favorite things are her hubby, Brad, her kiddos, Eloise and Jude, and volunteering at Mission St. Louis.
“Emily is truly a real estate expert! We had so many questions about selling our first home & she always responded right away with answers, great tips, & reassurances that she definitely delivered on. We had used her to buy our first home 6 years ago & had such a great experience that we knew we wanted to use her again to buy a new home & sell the first one. We didn’t think we had good chances at the house we wanted but Emily’s recommendations really made a difference! I can’t stop raving about Emily & how smooth everything went because of her expertise!”

“I had a great experience working with Emily to buy my first two-family investment property. Emily has a lot of experience with investment properties, and we were able to secure a good deal very quickly. She was very helpful in walking me through each step of the process and patiently answering my newbie questions. She is also lots of fun! Highly recommend.”

“Where do we even begin? Emily is everything you want in a realtor. Yes, she has 15+ years of experience in St. Louis as a realtor. Yes, she knows the streets of South City like the back of her hand. Yes, she knows all the lenders and title companies in town. But more importantly, Emily is just a real gem of a human, and was so fun and delightful to work with. Her style is both laid-back and enthusiastic, which put us at ease and got us excited about every home we looked at. Being new to the St. Louis area, she treated us like family, spending lots of time with us before we ever looked at any homes. She took her time getting to know us, understanding our needs, and educating us on all the steps of the home buying process. During a crazy seller’s market like now, this type of education was critical for managing and setting our expectations. Emily was extremely efficient in all aspects of the process – which, again, was crucial during these market conditions when the difference of an hour could mean having an offer accepted or being too late. She quickly identified ideal housing options that always fit within our budget, and we never felt like she was trying to force a sale. She once saved us from ourselves by urging us against making an offer on a home we thought we liked, but she knew was overpriced. We’re so glad we listened, because she was right – the home we ultimately purchased was so much better in so many ways. She is extremely quick with her communication – both with us and the loan officer/title company. All aspects of the home buying experience were seamless from start to finish, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her assistance and friendship!”
