I know this price feels unreal, but you are South City Dreaming no more! Imagine inviting your friends over to grab a drink - but you don't need to go to the grocery store first or even clean up before hand - because you can just walk across the street to Alpha Brewing and/or down the road to the many bars and restaurants a few blocks (or less!) away! If you end up hanging out inside, becoming the "friend who hosts" will be no problem with an open floor plan main floor AND an additional basement living area (for gaming? band practice? a library?!) Ope!...one of your friends had too many beverages and needs to sleep it off. It's a good thing you have that extra sleeping area in the rear basement, perfect for when lights are just too bright. Once you've tucked them in tight, feel free to borrow their keys and move their car next to yours on the 2-car off-street parking pad in the back. Now they might be South City dreaming...and you're living it. ;)
